JAMES E. TOALE
Jim Toale practices in the areas of real estate, business, probate, guardianship, administrative and land use law. He received his undergraduate degree in engineering from the University of Central Florida and his law degree from Stetson University College of Law and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1983. He is Board Certified in Real Estate Law and has served on various committees of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. Mr. Toale has served on the steering committee of the Real Property Section of the Sarasota County Bar Association.
Mr. Toale is a member of First Baptist Church. His community activities include serving as Director and President of the Kiwanis Club of Sarasota; Trustee of the Sarasota Kiwanis Foundation; Director and President of the Suncoast Communities Blood Bank; Director and President of the Sarasota County Civic League; Chairperson of the Neighborhood Advisory Council for Sarasota Memorial Hospital and as a member of its Boards Mission and Planning Committee; as well as President and Member of the Executive Board of the local Boy Scout Council.
